KCR along with Ministers and people paid rich tributes to Martyrs here at Amara Jyothi in front of the state secretariat. It was a massive show of strength with people carrying candles in two hands.
Some Ministers were singing songs in praise of Martyrs. MLC Desapathi Srinivas was compere for the program. CM KCR felicitated the family members of the Martyrs here on the dais.
We tried to stop the violence during the agitation time said KCR. I was ready to die for the sake of Telangana he said. I was threatened and discouraged several times during the agitation said KCR.

He was happy that the Ambedkar statue, Amara Jyothi, and the secretariat are in the same area along with Buddha. The Telangana Talli statue will also come up in a big way he stated.
Later a drone show was done at the Amara Jyothi memorial. It was spectacular. The show enthralled the audience.
