Some of the suggestions came from the industry are staggered timings of log-ins and log-outs, even out the employee attendance on all the working days, instead of too much loads Tuesday to Thursday, leading to stretching middle of the week, encouraging car pool as a concept, customer facing employees spending time at office at 60% of the time and balance time continue to log-in at home etc.

Mr Stephen Raveendra has thanked the Industry for attending the meeting and the meeting was attended by representatives of Cap Gemini, Cognizant, TCS, HSBC, JP Morgan, Deloitte, ICICI Bank, Wipro, Tech Mahindra, Virtusa, Hysea & other organizations.
