Minister for Finance Harish Rao Presented the Budget today here in Assembly for the year 2020-21. The Budget has been prepared in a realistic manner with Social values and all-round development of the state Minister Harish said.
The Minister agreed that there is some bearing of the Economic slowdown on the state finances. The central pool of taxes supposed to come to the state has come down he explained.
Harish Presented his first budget today as the Finance Minister. Despite the slowdown, we are in a better form the Minister explained. The state has achieved development in Animal Husbandry sector and also the agriculture sector he explained.
The Rythu Bandhu has become a role model for the entire country Harish said. 14000 crore has been allocated to the Rythu Bandhu scheme in this budget.
1150 crore has been allocated for farmers insurance scheme. Before presenting the Budget Harish Rao met CM KCR and have him the budget books and took his blessings.
1000 crores have been allocated for market intervention this year. There will be no dearth of funds for the welfare schemes the Minster for Finance assured.
We are doing new irrigation projects and also completing the ongoing projects he said. He mentioned about the world-famous Kaleshwaram project.
