What is the problem with the present emblem is the question. Emblems reflect a nations history. The entire history of the nation is embedded in the emblem alone said Revanth Reddy the CM.
Telangana means struggle during the statehood movement and it should be reflected in the official emblem of the state he opined. The Governmetn wanted to remove Charminar and Kakatiya Thoranma frm the Emblem and put Martyrs memorial. But the BRS objected to the same.
The issue will be discussed in the Assembly. The opinion of the political parties will be taken.The people’s government is working out on creating a new state emblem.
We are working on creating a new emblem taking into consideration the suggestions and advice from various communities CM said.
“Janani janmabhoomischa swargadapi gariyasi” … it means that the mother and the land which gives us birth are greater than heaven. Telangana Talli is the embodiment ofaspirations of four crore people. If we see Telangana Talli, our mothers should come in our thoughts.
An average Telangana rural woman will be the replica of Telangana Talli who is a hard worker and generous. Taking these lines into consideration, the design of Telangana Talli statue will be designed. Telangana Talli statue will be prepared to reflect the aspirations of the people.
