Voting for Telangana and Rajasthan assemblies will be held on December 7, Chief Election Commissioner OP Rawat said. The election will be held in a single phase in Telangana and results would be out on December 11.

Madhya Pradesh and Mizoram Assembly elections will be held on November 28.

Polling in Chhattisgarh will be held in two phases. Phase 1 of voting for Chhattisgarh will take place on November 12 while phase 2 will be held on November 20.

Counting of votes for all the four states will be held on December 11.

Model of conduct to come into force in Madhya Pradesh, Rajasthan, Chhattisgarh and Mizoram with immediate effect, CEC Rawat said.

Chattisgarh Assembly term is expiring on January 5, 2019, Madhya Pradesh Assembly term expiring on January 7, 2019, Rajasthan Assembly tenure is coming to an end on January 20, 2019 and Mizoram Assembly term is coming to an end on December 15, 2018.
