Avinash Reddy the accused in the murder case of former MP Vivekananda Reddy asked for 4 days time to attend the enquiry session with the CBI.
Avinash is going to Kadapa in the name of some party programs. The case has been pending for the last several years. The people in general in Pulivendula know , who ordered the murder and who executed it.
The dead leader is the uncle of Present CM Jagan and the brother of former CM YSR. Even in the case of the Delhi liquor scam, the CBI has been dilly-dallying with the arrests.
The accused have been using top lawyers and the rule of law for getting away from the dragnet of the CBI. Now a new CBI director has been appointed by the BJP Government at the center.
He is from Karnataka and could be used against DK Shiva Kumar who also has cases pending against him and is now fighting for the post of the CM.
There are widespread rumors across the country the CBI will not arrest the culprits in these cases. Delhi CM Kejriwal is also one of the accused and some cases are also pending against the AP CM Jagan.
Jagan is a CM ruling the state on Bail. In the name of CM Jagan has been avoiding the cases and not attending them. Now Avinash reddy who is the cousin of Jagan is also avoiding the CBI to avoid his arrest.
Lets hope the CBI will work with all the confidence and as per the rule of law in the coming days under the new director.
