AIMIM Chief and Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi has made a controversial statement once again.
Winning more than 300 seats does not mean that Prime Minister Modi can grab the constitutional rights of the minorities the MIM chief warned. Talking to the media today he said that the Muslims are shareholders and not Kirayadaars in the country. They are equal to all in the country and they cannot be denied with the rights of the constitution he opined.

Owaisi said that the MIM will continue to fight for the rights of the Minorities and the Dalits. He stressed that the Muslims need not get alarmed on the victory of the BJP in the country.

The constitution is supreme and it does not matter whoever was in power at the centre he opined.

He said that the Muslims were beaten up in the name of cow and also the skull cap to create fear among the community. The Muslims will not be scared with such acts he stated. They are part and parcel of India and they will continue to be the same he said.

The history shows that they are here and they will continue here and remain here in India he said. Muslims are Hissedaar and not Kirayadar he opined.

Owaisi tried his level best to mobilise the support of Muslims against Modi, but there are instances where Muslims voted in large numbers in the several parts of the country for Modi and BJP.

It is reported that this time a large number of Muslims women voted for the BJP.

But this time the MIM has won a seat in Maharashtra in the form of Aurangabad. At the same time, Owaisi has been winning the Hyderabad Parliament seat since last 4 times which is a record.

Owaisi was hopeful that the BJP would be trounced at the centre and that there would be an alternative front to the BJP and also the Congress in the country.
