The CBI court has posted the case of AP CM Jaganmohan Reddy for 14nth July. There is a talk that the CBI has changed its stand in the 11nth hour to save Jaganmohan Reddy from losing the Bail.

The CBI said that they will not give their version in writing to the court. Raghurama Krishnam Raju and the Jagan Advocate has given their version in writing to the court.

In the name of being in the Chief Ministers post, Jagan Reddy has been evading the dragnet of ED and also the CBI. Raghu Rama Krihsnma Raju is confident that the court will cancel the Bail for Jagan as he violated the conditions of the bail-in in many ways.

LOP Chandrababu Naidu has been adding the fuel to the fire of RRR from the beginning. RRR the YSRC MP from West Godavari district’s Narasapuram, petitioned the Hyderabad court designated for cases probed by the Central Bureau of Investigation on April 29 to cancel Jagan Mohan Reddy’s bail, complaining that he was influencing witnesses. Jagan Reddy rebutted this charge on June 1. Raju’s affidavit was a rejoinder to the chief minister’s 98-page rebuttal.

The CBI hasn’t expressed a view on Raju’s demand and left it to the judge to take a call.“There is no end to the list of undue favours granted by the chief minister to the co-accused in his cases and place them in a position of dominance with a view to putting fear psychosis in the minds of witnesses,” Raju said.

Raju said the chief minister had already forced the state police to withdraw all the crimes registered against him for various offences, while he was the leader of the opposition.

Will the Court cancel the Bail given to Jaganmohan Reddy the CM is the big question. If Jagan loses bail, it will pave way for the judiciary to cancel several bails given to the people who are with influential positions. Especially the politicians.

it has to be seen if the court would give the directions on 14nth of his month.

Earlier the CBI left the matter to the court, but now it will give the opinion to the court on the Bail cancellation issue.
