The BJP loses the steam ….

The BJP which was banking on the recent victory of Raghunandan Rao is now on the backfoot. They have lost the two MLC seats in Telangana and now are getting ready for the election in Nagarjuna Sagar.

Here Congress candidate Jana Reddy is the hot favourite to win the seat. Jana earlier has done a lot for the people here and he has the chance to win the seat.

It is not at all easy for the BJP here in the by-election. The other seat is Tirupathi MP in Andhra Pradesh. YSRC will take it very seriously and the BJP may not get it so easily.

Jana Sena is on the verge of breaking the Alliance with the BJP here and this will prove costly for the party. The problem with the BJP is that there are a few leaders in both the Telugu states and they have to fight and work for themselves.

Even when it comes to spending money for the elections they are no match for the YSRC and the TRS. If Ramachandra Rao could have spent some more funds he would have won the election.

As they have lost the two MLCs, it becomes all the more difficult for them at Nagarjuna Sagar. For Jana Reddy it is his home turf. Getting the poor and the downtrodden into the BJP fold is not easy.

So taking all this into consideration the BJP may not win the coming elections in the Telugu states.
