Jaganmohan Reddy the CM of AP in a letter written to former CJI Bobde made a severe allegation that the CJI candidate Ramana was trying to pulldown his Government in connivance with Chandrababu Naidu.
Jagan wanted to stall the nomination of Ramana as CJI saying that he was a supporter of the Kamma community and has lands in Amaravathi. The allegations were found baseless in an enquiry by the Central Government.
But Jagan tried his level best to please the CJI Ramana in Vijaywada. The CJI did not even look at Jagan properly. He just offered a scop cake in a plastic spoon and did not even look at the CM.
Jagan was so embarrassed that he has to eat the cake on his own and smile for himself while the CJI was looking at other guests. Now the ball is in the court and the verdict has been reserved on the bail cancellation petition filed Raghu Rama Krishnam Raju into Jagan.
If the bail is cancelled Jagan will have to go to jail again. But the CBI is not fighting against Jagan is the allegation.
