Amidst Vedic hymns of around 300 rutviks, the Yagam has started with Ganapathi, Navagraha, and Govu puja here at Yerrvalli farmhouse. The Yagam is being done under the supervision of Sarada Peetham chief Swamy Sri Swaroopanandendra Saraswathi here.
Speaker Pocharam Reddy, Council Chairman Swamy Goud, Home Minister Mahmood Ali, Harish Rao, K Taraka Rama Rao , Kavitha and others are participating in the Yagam with the family members here. The 5 days pujas will be done according to the traditions of Sringeri peetam.
The yagam is for the welfare of the Nation and Humankind. This will facilitate for good rains and crops said some of the Swamijis here. They said that this is for Lokakalayanam. KCR and his wife were seen in Silk Dhoti and Aangvastram and he broke the Gummadikaya before starting the Puja here at the farmhouse.
