The initial reports say that Kangana has given outstanding performance for the film Thalaivi made on the life and times for former CM Jayalalithaa who was with the other CM MG Ramachandran.
Both of them were film stars who travelled together and ruled Tamilnadu one after the other. Both were known for their welfare measures.
Now the movie on her life and times has been acknowledged as one of the best films of this year.
Arvind Swamy is doing the role of MG Ramachandran in this movie. The news comes from the Red carpet premiere of Thalaivi. The story of Thalaivi was written by Vijayendra Prasad the father of ace directed Rajamouli.
Prasad has given stories for Baahubali, RRR, Bhajrangi Bhaijan, Manikarnika and now Thalaivi. Prasad has proved very lucky for Kangana. Doing the role Amma Jayalalithaa is not that easy. Kangana has to put on weight and look chubby for the role and she did not go back. It is paying rich dividends.
Kangana might get another award with this movie.
