The people in Amritsar are sitting at the rail tracks asking for justice over the accident which killed above 60 people for Dasara. The Train driver said that all clear was given to him and the people did not bother when the horn was sounded.
The locals said that people were in celebrations taking selfies and they could not hear the train passing as there were sounds of crackers during the Ravana Dahana program.
There is tension all around the rail track area and the police is unable to move the people out of the tracks. So far no action has been suggested or being contemplated against the train driver. The local witnesses said that before this train which met with an accident, other train moved from the same tracks and nothing happened.
But when this train passed the people were involved in looking at the crackers and Ravana dahanam taking selfies. The police had to clash with the people on tracks to disperse them away from the tracks so that the trains would pass by easily.
