Tension is building up around the Bhagyalaxmi Temple located in the Charminar Premises. BJP Chief Bandi Sanjay has demanded that the Chief Minister Chandrasekhar must come to the temple and prove before the god that the BJP has stopped the flood relief by making a complaint to the SEC.
Sanjay claimed that his signature was forged on a fake letter and that the BJP never asked for stopping the financial help to the flood victims. Right now the whereabouts of Sanjay is not known and he may suddenly come to the temple at Charminar.
The police are ready for arresting Sanjay at any point in time. The TRS and the chief Minister KCR seems to have ignored the demand of Sanjay. On the other hand, Sanjay has announced that the BJP would give Rs 20000 relief and also replace the car in place of a car and other items if they win the Mayor post.
This has created a hungama in the political circles and people have started talking about it. Congress working President Revanth Reddy said that BJP was making cheap announcements.
So far 537 nominations have been received by the SEC. TRS has to give the names for 25 divisions. The nominations will be completed by 3 PM today.
BJP has announced names for 129 divisions so far. MIM is contesting in 44 sitting seats in the old city.
