The Telugu film industry has decided to felicitate Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Jagan Mohan Reddy. The Industry is waiting for the announcement of a new G.O regarding ticket prices.
Mega Star Chiranjeevi was given the assurance by Jaganmohan Reddy on the ticket rates and also various other issues.
The industry didn’t felicitate when he became CM. There has been a perception among YSRC party leaders that the Telugu film industry is not giving Jagan due respect.
So, the industry has been waiting for the right moment to felicitate the CM. If the government does favourable things in the coming days, it would be an ideal occasion for them to do a felicitation ceremony.
Right now a committee is looking into the issues of the Cinema people in General. The second meeting of Cinema people will take place soon and a draft GO would come out on the same day.
A final GO will be announced by the AP Government soon after and that will be followed by thanksgiving ceremony to Jagan in the form of facilitation.
