It will be for the two crops Rs 4000 each he said. Even for horticulture also he stated. 97 percent of the farmers are having less than 10 acres of agriculture he explained. All the farmers will get this help of Rs 4000 he promised. Rs 500 crore seed money and revolving fund will be arranged for the farming community he said.

The rural financial conditions must improve KCR said. Mission Bageeradha and Mission Kakatiya are two schemes that will make Telangana into a Bangaru Telangana he said. One crore acres of land will be irrigated he assured the farming community. The Yadavas, Golla Kurmas, Gowdas interest will be protected he assured.The besthas, Gangaputras and others will be developed with fisheries he said.The handloom weavers will be taken care he stated. The MBCs will get the due funds for development KCR explained.

KTR and Harish Rao were on the stage but they looked tense. Palla Rajeswar Reddy welcomed the gathering. Secretary General Kesava Rao said that it was KCR who bothered about the poor people and the farming community.
