The voters of Telangana are expecting for more welfare from the caretaker CM K Chandrasekhar Rao. KCR would be meeting the election Manifesto committee headed by K Kesava Rao this afternoon at the Telangana Bhavan.
One of the main attractions of the manifesto would be that the government would construct double bedroom houses for the people at free of cost if they have the land. Many of them have a small piece of lands but they don’t have money for construction. The state government would step in and build houses for them.
People especially who are unemployed will also get some money on a monthly basis so that they would move forward and get some employment in the process. Employees and people working for outsourcing will also get a rise in their salaries. A broad policy to this effect would be announced by KCR this afternoon.
There could be a press meet by KCR, soon after the committee gives the report on the election manifesto. The Asara pensions will also be revived. There is a lot of expectation from the people of Telangana. They want more sops. The employees are waiting for the announcement.
But when compared to other states, being the youngest state Telangana is in the forefront on all fronts when it comes to the welfare of the people in general and the farmers in particular.
