It looks like the Congress is overconfident about coming to power in the state of Telangana. Karnataka elections have become a booster dose for the Congress leaders in all the states.

Likening the padayatra by CLP leader Bhatti Vikramarka with that undertaken earlier by Y.S. Rajasekhar Reddy, former Member of Parliament K.V.P. Ramachander Rao, exuded confidence that the Congress will come to power in the state.
