Chief Minister K Chandrashekhar Rao will address the district collectors on the 26th of this month. It will be held at Pragathi Bhavan here at 11 am.
The conference was scheduled to be held on June 28 but has been preponed.
KCR the Chief Minister will review and discuss the progress of Palle Pragathi, Pattana Pragathi and Telangana Ku Haritha Haram programmes in the State, ahead of a special drive for them from July 1 to 10.
Later, he will issue necessary orders to the officials concerned for the effective implementation of these programmes.
It may be recalled that the CM KCR has suggested to the district collectors that they will be held responsible for the development of districts in particular. Now he is planning to fix the responsibility in person to the respective collectors and the additional collectors.
Along with the district collectors, the Ministers, additional collectors (local bodies), district panchayat officers, and district rural development officers along with top officials from various departments including Municipal Administration and Urban Development, Panchayat Raj and Rural Development, and Forests departments at the State level, will attend the meeting.
