Several programs have been conducted by the Telangana Fire services department. It may be recalled that some big fire mishaps occurred in Hyderabad in recent times. Taking this into account the fire services has reviewed the situation.
1. Posters released by the Hon’ble Home Minister Mahmood Ali of Telangana State on 13.04.2023.
2. Homage to Marty’s of Fire personnel on 14.04.2023 at State Training School by the Director General, State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad and at Fire Station, Secunderabad by Hon’ble Minister for Animal Husbandry.
3. Blood Donation camps conducted various Fire Stations in Telangana State.
4. Vehicle Rally at GHMC limits on 17.04.2023 around 60 Kms distance from Hitex, Madhapur to Parade Ground, Secunderabad.
5. Conducted work shop on Industrial Fire Safety on 18.04.2023 at Fire Station, Jeedimetla and the same was attended by the Hon’ble Minister for Labour and Director General, State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad.
6. Conducted work shop on Hospital Fire Safety on 19.04.2023 at Yashoda Hospital, Madhapur attended by Director General, State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad and Senior Officers.
7. The Department has conducted 900 public awareness programmes and more than 70 thousand citizens participated and gained the fire fighting and fire prevention knowledge
8. Conducted work shop on Hotel Fire Safety on 20.04.2023 at Tal Krishna Hotel and was attended by kind Principal Secretary, Home and Director General, State Disaster Response and Fire Services, Hyderabad.
