It looks like the Telugu Desam Party which has roots in Telangana would be revived in a phased manner. The meeting of Tummla and some MLAs with Chandrababu indicates that something is happening in Telangana.
The TDP in the form of NDA has every chance of contesting the coming elections. The BRS is on the back foot and it will take time to revive the party.
Former MP and senior leader Rammphan Naidu who is the close confidant has been assigned to look into the revival strategy of the TDP here in Telangana.
Some leaders have hoisted yellow flags over the houses to declare that TDP is here to come to power again. NTR Trust Bhavan here in Hyderabad is already buzzing with activity.
Even at 73, Chandrababu is very active and stands on his vehicle’s side door and waves to the crowds. Throwing the security to wind he is meeting and mingling with the crowds.
He is smiling all the time and expressing his happiness. It is a different kind of Babu altogether. Babu is in a position to dictate BJP at this point in time .
The BJP is also in a revival mode in Telangana and it will grow along with TDP and Jana Sena like they did in Andhra Pradesh. So it is good time for the TDP followers and fans.
