Prof. Jayadhir Thirumal Rao and Prof. Guduru Manoja organisers of “Adi Dhwani”, the exhibition of tribal and folk musical instruments of Telangana State met Hon’ble Governor Dr (Smt.) Tamilisai Soundararajan and invited to visit the exhibition.
In this exhibition, 123 tribal musical instruments which are on the verge of extinction are being displayed with an aim to keep them alive and to pass on to future generation.
Governor appreciated their efforts in bringing out the rich musical legacy of the tribals to the light.
Governor also released the pamphlet on “Adi Dhwani”.
