Syeraa the prestigious movie of Konidela Productions has been dragged to the court by the family members of the freedom fighter Uyyalavada. The matter is in the Telangana High court. A case was also filed against the Hero Chiranjeevi and also producer Konidela Ram Charan.
It is reported that the producer and hero of the movie have promised money as remuneration for using the story of Uyyalavada. The family members said that they are doing a commercial venture and they are earning money.
In this connection, the Konidelaproduction should pay them money for using the story. The family members of Uyyalawada said that both Chiranjeevi and his son Ramcharan have promised them money. But now they have not paid them. They said that the release of the movie should be stalled until and unless the money is paid to them for using the story.
Konidela productions say that they got the story from Parachuri brothers and not Uyyalawada family members. The movie is scheduled for release on October 2 that is Gandhi Jayanthi. We have to see if the matter could be settled outside the court.
