Eknath Shinde the rebel leader from Shiv Sena has moved the court with multiple petitions. There is a talk that the Governor would appoint the Speaker in two days’ time.

Eknath Shinde is just waiting for the opportune time to strike against the Uddhav Sena. He will be coming to Mumbai on Monday it is reported.

Shinde has clarified that he will not join the NCP and Congress group. It means he will join the BJP to form the Government after the floor test in the Maharashtra Assembly.

Both the groups are using all the legal options to counter each other in the process of getting power.

While the PM is in Germany, Home Minister Amit Shah will be looking into the Sena affairs.

On the other hand Uddhav, the CM is also not stepping down even after the majority of MLAs deserted him. Earlier Uddhav Thackeray said no one should use Balasaheb Thackeray’s name after the rebel group led by Eknath Shinde announced that they would name their group Shiv Sena Balasaheb.

Uddhav stated, I have already said that the rebel MLAs can do whatever they want to do, I won’t interfere in their matters.
