The counsellors in the Education department must take care of the students who are very sensitive said the Minister for Education Sabitha Indira Reddy. She was talking to the counsellors and the department officials today.
Sabitha said that the Intermediate students will be at a sensitive stage and they have to guided to get the success she opined. That is the age where the students crave for a change and they have to perform she said.
Some of them come under severe stress and that is leading to some suicides she wanted. The counsellors must convince that they can do the things with all the concentration.
She also suggested that the parents must also take care of their children from time to time so that they are strong mentally and would tide over the crisis that they face in education.
Sabitha has been visiting the Inter colleges here and there to know about the functioning. She suggested the officials that the standards must improve in Telangana and the students must become more competitive.
