Steps against constipation

Constipation is one of the common problems with which the people are suffering across the world. How to get rid of this.

1. Drink 3 to 4 glasses of water as soon as you come out of the bedroom.
2. Then go for herbal tea, lime tea, green tea or warm water with honey.
3. One must have a diet with Fibre and at regular intervals. Break it into 6 times if possible.
4. Walking or jogging for a minimum of 30 minutes is a must.

5. Eating green leafy vegetables and fruits of all kinds according to the season is a must.
6. Take anjeer or Khajoor soaked in water on daily basis.
7. Add ghee to hot milk and then have at while sleeping and it acts to relieve you by the morning.
8. Triphala Churan is also good for digestion. Can have it twice in a day.
9. Salads and fresh, raw eating also help in digestion and smooth functioning of the system.
