The twin cities and with Cyberabad we can call it a Tricity of Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Cyberabad are getting ready for the Ganesh Shoba Yatra and Nimajj in Tankbund. The procession will commence from Balapur after the Laddu action.
The dismantling of decoration for the popular Khairatabad Ganesha has already started. Thousands of police are on the Ganesh Nimajjna duty and they were drawn from different states for the purpose.
The entire route is under CC camera eye and being monitored from the CP office located in the Command Control building in Hyderabad at Banjarahills.
Apart from Tankbund, many artificial ponds have been arranged by the GHMC for the Ganesh Nimajjan process on the 28th. The darshan of Khairatabad Bada Ganesh will be stopped from this noon and it will be placed on a special crane for the Nimajjan in lake waters.
The TSRTC is deploying 535 bus services for the people coming to Hussain Sagar to witness the Nimajjan Shoba yatra here in Hyderabad. It will be a local Holiday on the Nimajjan day here in Hyderabad.
The shops and establishments will be closed from Balapur to Hussain Sagar. The procession and Band Baja will be stopped for some time if the prayers coincide with the procession time at Macca Masjid.
The Ganesh Utsav Samithi is also making arrangements for water and food with the help of NGOs. Leaders of VHP,RSS and Bajrangdal will address the gathering at Mojamjahi market at noon.
Regular traffic will not be allowed on some flyovers. The procession of Ganehsas will be allowed in one way and the vehicles have to come out from the other way.
Lakhs of people are expected to witness the Ganesh Shoba Yatra this time. Around 90000 Ganeshas have been installed in Hyderabad and other surrounding areas.
The TV channels will be covering the event live. With the elections round the corner, the political parties are trying to encash with the Ganesh Shboa Yatar.
They will be helping the pandal organizers and will also sponsor Band baja. The BJP candidates have sponsored Ganesh Idols in many areas.
