It looks like Thaman the music director is running out of ideas. These days his songs are getting a mixed reaction and all are not happy with them. Akhanda was the movie where he has given a piece of blockbuster music.
Most of his tunes are heard here and there. They are not sounding fresh and outstanding as such.
But all the fuss about this promo for Guntur Karam has helped the movie gain solid buzz, and that’s what matters at the end of the day. The same thing happened to the Mind Block song from Sarileru Nikevvaru initially, but later, it became a huge chartbuster.
We need not wonder if this new year’s celebrations start with the Kurchi Madathapetti song. The movie was facing several hurdles from the beginning. The leading lady was changed. Sreeleela was added.
The first schedule was scrapped and fight masters changed. Right now the latest Kurchi song is doing well. Trvikram is having a tough time making this movie a great success.
Mahesh need not worry as the next movie is with Rajamouli. It is a mega-budget and would take another year to complete if things go well. Right now Mahesh is going on a New Year holiday after wrapping the film Kaaram.
He might come back by Sankranthi for the movie release.
