While the TDP and YSRC are coming up with NTR and Yaatra, the Telangana people will see Telangana Devudu a political film based on the life and deeds of KCR it is learnt. Srikanth will be the hero but it will not have any direct references to KCR. It will have the life and times of KCR, with all the welfare that the leader has done for the people of Telangana.
The film is almost ready and would get released just by December one so that it would also have some bearing on the elections. First, the film was planned by Nawajuddin Siddique as the hero as he would resemble the face of KCR. But due to the issues of the election commission, they thought of Srikanth the Andhra hero for doing the role. He would also do it as faster pace as he is a local man and also knows about KCR very well.
So before the movie of NTR and YSR, the movie on KCR would be released. Here also KCR is ahead we can say. The story would be an indirect reference to KCR and it would be apt if they would have named it as Telangana Baapu rather than calling him as Devudu.
