Sherwanands latest movie released today was definitely inspired by Swades of Sharukh Khan which was a super duper hit. It also has some layers of Maharshi here and there.
It is working for your own land by quitting a lucrative job. Going back to the grass roots is the main theme. The story has been weaved well and the dialogues are apt and good.
The publicity given by Megastar Chiranjeevi and KTR also have worked for the movie and there are good crowds for the first show on the first day in the theatres.
Sherwanand is related to Chiranjeevi as he is getting married into the Apollo group soon. That is the reason Chiranjeevi has graced the occasion and were able to rope in Minister KTR also for the publicity.
But overall it is worth watching with a good theme. But the love track is not picturised properly. It has a lag here and there and necessarily stretched.
The new director Kishor has proved himself in the movie. Mickey J mayor has given good music. Editing by Marthand is crip and perfect.
