The newly elected speaker of the Telangana Assembly Pocharam Srinivas Reddy was appreciated by one and all. Cutting across the party line the members appreciated the way Pocharam worked as the Minister for Agriculture at that age.
Apart from CM ,KCR and KTR, all the members took Pocharam as their inspiration. The young MLAs treated Pocharam as their guru who taught them as who to work for the people.
Some of them said that Pocharam competed with the younger ministers and outsmarted them with his work. The way he communicated made him a friend of all and people like him across the state. They also said that he was an MLA who resigned from the post and fought for the statehood for Telangana.
Some of them treated Pocharam as their father and remembered that they called him as Bapu. Ignoring the health issues Pocharam marched forward for the welfare of the people they praised.
Most of the MLAs said that the decision taken by the CM and implemented by Pocharam as agriculture Minster paid rich dividends in the elections.
