1. Sexual Harassment.
When the complainant was alone at home during the absence of her husband, one of her relations criminally trespassed into the home and started misbehaving with her. The complainant warned him multiple times as it was been repeated with her in the past. Even then he didn’t listen and repeated the same. The complainant recorded the video on her mobile. The complainant called her father and explained the issue to him. The complainant relatives told her to stay calm but she came forward and approached SHE-Team Miyapur through Whatsapp. Registered FIR against respondent in Chandanagar Police Station.
Domestic Violence
Complainant was married to a software developer in presence of their elders, the complainant parents has given gold, silver and other house hold articles to him during the marriage. Complainant lived her conjugal life happily for the period of two months only. As few days passed the complainant husband started harassing the complainant for silly reasons, quarrel with her. He used to consume alcohol daily and beat the complainant without any reason by abusing in most filthy language to get additional dowry from her parents. The complainant husband insisted to leave the house. As he got bored with her, then after complainants Father-in-law came to her and tried to drag her son from her, in unbearable situation victim approached SHE-Team through E-Mail. SHE Team Kukatpally visited in-laws house of victim met the complainant. In this regard registered FIR in Kukatpally Police Station.
Touching improperly from back side by Bank Employee
Complainant is the student and part time tutor to few children at her home. As usually while helping the children to cross road, when they reached adjacent to their building, meantime one unknown person/motorcyclist hit with hand on her back. Due to which she got panic and tried to catch him. The Complainant Approached SHE-Team Kukatpally regarding the issue and she narrated the grief. With the efforts She Team members verified CCTV footages and noticed clearly that a person hit with hand around her hip and fled away. The complainant recognized the suspect as Ravi Kumar, Employee of Bank of Baroda who came to their building on same day for verification of some documents. Thereby the accused intended to outrage her modesty. In this regard registered FIR in KPHB Police Station against him.
Child Marriage
Complaint was received through WhatsApp stating that the complainant mother was planning to do marriage for her and she is 17 years old. She requested to stop the marriage as she wants to continue her studies. So she approached SHE Teams through WhatsApp. Cyberabad She team members met them and given counseling to stop marriage. Even after counseling victim parents were prepared all things for marriage. She Team Balanagar entered into the scene and taken the victim girl and handed over to Sakhi Homes.
Harassing through Social Media
Complaint was received through Whatsapp stating that one unknown person sending text messages to her on Instagram started harassing for sex. She warned him even then he continuously sending messages. victim approached SHE Teams. With the efforts of She Team Petbashirabad apprehended the respondent and came to know that he is well known to her working as supervisor in hospital canteen. A case is booked against him.
