The Nandi awards have been pending since last several years. It is reported that the YSRC Government will be giving away the pending awards of Nandi of several years soon.
Chiranjeevi was hopeful that both Jaganmohan Reddy and KCR the Chief Ministers will give away the awards soon. When Chiranjeevi said that they do not know what is the name of cine awards from Telangana.
People from the audience shouted that they will be called as Simha awards. Chiranjeevi was happy that KCR himself has asked the cine people to call for a meeting to sort out the issue and also for the development of Cinema in Telangana.
Even Jaganmohan Reddy is also for developing the cinema in AP and do whatever is required for the same in AP. Parachuri Gopala Krishna said that the Nandi awards have been announced that they did not come to home so far.
Chiranjeevi assured that they will sort it out with the help of the chief Ministers soon. The issue was raised during the Diary inauguration of MAA here in Hyderabad.
The Telangana government is also for giving away the annual cinema awards from the Government side.
