Congress leader Yadagiri was injured on Saturday after being shot at 6 times by two bike-borne assailants in broad daylight. The pillion rider fired shots at the politician.
The incident took place in Bowenpally area in Secunderabad. The politician has been admitted to a hospital and is undergoing treatment. It is reported that he is recovering and out of danger.
It is reported that the incident took place owing to personal rivalry over disputed property and police probe has been initiated. The police have started investigation in this regard .
