The producers of Baahubali Shobu and others do not want to take rest. They want to go for another movie with a budget of around Rs 50 crore with a budget hero and a budget director. They are looking at the son of Raghavendra rao which means Raghavendra rao will also get involved in the project.
So far Rajamouli has not yet decided on his next movie but the producers of ‘Baahubali 2″ have already moved on to their next production which will be launched next month.
Sharwanand who is currently shooting for Maruthi’s “Mahanubhavudu” has agreed to play the lead role.The latest buzz is that they have decided to invest more for a budget movie according to their standards. The budget will be in the range of Rs 40 Cr, double the market of Sharwanand.
His recent hit “Shatamanam Bhavati” collected a share of Rs 22 cr. Moreover, the director has
a zero market. Yet, the production house is confident that they can market it well and pull it off.
K Raghavendra Rao’s son K S Prakash will be handling the movie as director with the screenplay penned by his wife Kanika of Anushka’s ‘Size Zero’
fame movie. More or less Raghavendra rao family will be involved the movie making.
This is said to be fantasy movie. K S Prakash earlier directed a fantasy called “Anaganaga O Dheerudu” with Siddharth and Shruti Haasan as the lead pair. The movie was a dud.
Prakash never made any impact in the movie taking or making.The producers believe that their brand name –
as producers of “Baahubali”- will bring lot of value to it and they would be dubbing it in Tamil and Hindi languages. The idea is that there will be no loss even if they dont make any profits..
