The Congress MLAs Komati Reddy Venkat Reddy and Sampath kumar who were allowed to go to Assembly by the single Judge are now in trouble as the division bench has asked the Government to come forward for the arguments.
Till such time the Congress MLAs cannot to go to the Assembly. The speaker’s decision to dismiss the MLAs was questioned in the court and the Single judge ruled in favour of the Congress MLAs and against the decision of the Speaker.
Now the Government has argued that the Speaker decision was final and that the court cannot give any ruling above that. Now the division bench has admitted the writ filed by the Speaker side that is Government side and wants to hear the arguments before taking a final decision over the matter. Till such time the judgement comes, the speaker ruling on the MLAs will be binding and they almost seize to be MLAs and they cannot enter the Assembly for the coming session.
The two MLAs were expelled from the Assembly by the Speaker as they tried to hit the Governor and in the process injured the eye of Council Chairman Swamy Goud.
