Yeddyurappa has taken over as the CM of Karnataka.The Supreme court has refused to stop the swearing in of Yeddyurappa today. It may be noted that the Congress party found fault with the Governor who invited the single largest party to form the Government and then prove the majority.
But however, the swearing in would be subjected to the outcome of the case the court clarified.
A 3 judge bench refused to stop the swearing in and the matter was posted for tomorrow for further hearing. The continuance of the Government depends on the outcome of the case the Court clarified.
The BJP is gearing up for proving the majority and the stage is set for the same it is reported.
