Sanjay the Sena MP has challenged the ED and also the police to arrest him in the so-called land scam. He tweeted that the situation in the state is politically volatile and that he cannot attend to the ED questioning.
He also tagged the former CM Devendra Fadnavis to his tweet.
Sanjay Raut the big mouth of Sena who has been summoned by the ED in a land scam. Sanjay earlier explained that he has no direct connection with the scam.
The issue is pertaining to around crores in the sale of land. He was the firefighter for Sena Government who is standing guard the Uddhav Thackeray.to
The case is raked up when the Uddhav government is on the brink of collapse. There is no doubt that the BJP Government could have set the ED against Raut to stop his onslaught against the rebels.
Uddhav camp was already having apprehensions that the BJP would set the ED and CBI against the Sena lawmakers. The Uddhav Government is in minority but with the help of Raut, they are clinging to power provoking people in the name of Bala Saheb.
Now they have withdrawn their support to the Sena Government. Shinde’s son Srikanth claims that they are the real sena. Srikanth also hinted that they would tie-up with the BjP.
The Court on the other hand has given time to the Shinde group till July eleventh for proving their point. The court stopped the deputy speaker from disqualifying the rebel MLAs.
Now there is a talk that Fadnavis would be the CM and Shinde would be the deputy CM of the Maharashtra Government.
