Sania Mirza the Tennis player from Telangana is a free bird now and she has taken divorce from the Cricketer Shoaib.
Sania’s father Imran Mirza confirmed that Sania took Khula which is the right of a Muslim woman to unilaterally divorce her husband.
Sania was the brand ambassador for the state of Telangana during the regime of KCR. She was engaged to the son of the owner of the popular Universal Bakery in Hyderabad.
But she chose the cricketer in the end and the engagement was called off.
Speculations about troubles in Shoaib and Sania’s relationship have been circulating since 2022, and the couple has been rarely seen together in recent years.
Shoaib Malik’s recent decision to unfollow Sania Mirza on Instagram further fueled the ongoing rumours.
Sania Mirza and Shoaib had entered into wedlock in April 2010 and later moved to Dubai. In 2018, Sania delivered a baby boy Izhaan who is now five-year-old. The boy will reside with his mom Sania.
Meanwhile, Shoaib Malik’s marriage with Sana Javed marks his third marriage.
