Samantha the hit heroine is not in a hurry these days. It almost looks like she is secured now after taking the decision to marry a boy from Akkineni family.
She is already going for long walks with her mother in law Amala Akkineni it is reported. Samantha is spending the time with her family members and is in no hurry to sign movies. She will work after getting married but only meaningful cinema.
If you think Samantha is not signing films just for the reason of getting married to Naga Chaitanya, its not correct. Samantha has another reason to justify her rejecting producers and directors calls. Moreover she is very close to Director Trivikram Srinivas and follows his advice from time to time.
‘Realising just how hard it is to get a meaningful role for a heroine in the South. I haven’t signed as many films as I would like too only and only because there are no good roles. As disheartening as it is to say,’ Samanta mentioned on her Twitter page.
These days the leading ladies do not have meaningful roles to play. They are just ornamental and some times doing item songs also. There is no scope to show their acting talent also. For Samantha money is not the criteria. She has to live upto the reputation of the Akkineni family and also do some respectful and meaningful work.
Taking all this into serious consideration, Samantha is looking for the right scripts it is reported. She has rejected several scripts in the recent times. AA AA was her best movie and Janatha Garage did well at the box office. No one knows if she is willing to work with her hubby Chaithu . There is a director who is already exploring this possibility after the marriage it is reported.
If everything goes well they might get married by the end of this year. Narajuna is looking for the right Muhurath.
