The movie Acarya was a flop but the sets are good. The Temple set is very good and the makers have not dismantled it. Earlier Baahubali sets were also used for many TV serials and movies.
Acharya’s temple town will be modified to replicate a village atmosphere for Salman Khan’s Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali it is learnt.
Venkatesh is also playing a role in the film and the portion featuring Salman and the former will be shot on the set in Kokapet. All in all, Acharya’s set will be modified and re-used for Salman Khan’s film.
This is one way of reducing the production cost. Salman is also working for Chiranjeevi’s Godfather. It is the remake of Mohanlal’s Lucifer.
Chiranjeevi is yet to come out of the red created b the disaster called Acharya. There is also a talk that Chiranjeevi and his son Ramcharan have not taken an advance for Acharya.
But as stated by some senior filmmakers there is no pucca formula for the success of a movie. All the movies have some risk or the other.
