In the name of lack of evidence, high profile people are getting acquitted by the courts. Even after the people know what has really happened in these cases, the courts finally stated that the evidence produced was not sufficient to hold these high profile people guilty.
It happened with Salman Khan the popular Bhai of the Bollywood film industry and now with the Bhai of the old city. Earlier Hyderabad MP Asaduddin Owaisi was also acquitted as the police could not give proper evidence due to various influences and pressures.
Now Akbar after ten years also got the case acquitted where the judge opined that the evidence was not in order to punish the MIM MLA. Many were surprised at the Judgement.
Some of them blamed the CM saying that he helped Akbar from the backdoor. It was Rahunandan the so-called BJP MLA who fought the case and got the case acquitted for one of the Owaisis.
Now Akbar got the case acquitted as the police could not submit enough evidence to the courts. So it looks like the courts can also be managed if you have the right contacts.
In Salmans case one of the main evidences who was a police constable died as the court was running in the court. He also lost his job before he died.
When it comes to the speeches of Owaisis, they played on U Tube lakhs of times, people know them very well. But the judges did not get the evidence they were expecting.
Sometimes the people, in general, have no other choice but to laugh at the judiciary. The CJI also knows KCR the CM and also the MIM leaders very well. But the justice wants proper evidence.
