Saina Nehwal the popular badminton player joined the BJP today. The joining came at a time when Delhi is getting ready for the polls. Saina is from Haryana state and popular across the world.
Saina so far has won around 24 international titles in badminton. Then came Sindhu who also made India proud in many tournaments.
It looks like the career for Saina is coming to an end and she also has some differences with the former Coach Gopichand.
Ever since she got separated from Gopichand, Saina could not win many tournaments. There is a chance that Saina could contest for BJP in the coming elections.
Saina who was World number one has now become number 9. Cricket Gambhir, Wrestler Phogat and now Saina are with the BJP. Some more will also join the party it is learnt.
But BJP as such is not doing that well when compared to 2014 elections. The Modi graph, in general, is coming down. Congress and Sena being in power in Maharashtra is the right example for the same.
