The two Indian ladies who have got trained with Gopichand the ace badminton coach, one of them Saina Nehwal has won the gold at CWG defeating the Telugu girl PV Sindhu.

The aggressive and experience Saina stunned Sindhu and has won the yellow metal.

People were watching the match with all interest as to who would win the medal as both of them are the products of the same badminton academy from Hyderabad under Gopichand. The RIO silver medalist Sindhu also fought her best but could not match Saina in the end.

The women’s badminton singles was watched with all the interest and both of them had some issues initially as their parents were not allowed in the contingent to CWG. The match ended in 56 minutes and finally Saina cliched the medal.Saina who earlier dropped Gopichand has come back to Gopi after the RIO and now she is doing well. Gopi is a happy man as both are his players and anybody winning the game and gold is Ok for him as it comes to India and the credit also goes to him.
