Even after getting a mixed response, Saaho the new movie from Prabhas has got a collection of around Rs 100 crore on the first day. With Saturday, Sunday and Monday being the holidays the collections are likely to continue and the movie may become a break-even in the first week itself.
Whatever comes after this week and the collections from other languages will become the profit for this movie. The movie was made with a budget of around 300 crore and hundred crores has already been recovered on the very first day.
But these collections are less than that of the first day of the Baahubali 2 and better than that of the Mahesh Babu movies. Overall there is a mixed response to the movie the distributors are not that happy with the outcome.
Too many villains and just one hero made all the difference to the movie. The villains did not match with the hero and the hero Prabahs was lazy and slow when compared to his other movies.
There is no comparison with Baahubali at all. Sujith could not weave the whole story well with the action scenes. Prabhas just thought about Budget and did not bother about the story and the plot. Sometimes it looked as if we are playing and seeing some video game on the big screen.
