Minister for Panchayat Raj Erraballi Dayakar Rao today clarified that the TSRTC will not be privatised. He advised the employees not to walk into the trap of BJP and other Political parties.
He was of the opinion that the RTC employees and the strike was being used against the CM and the Government by the political parties. On the other hand, the situation is tense in Khammam as one of the RTC drivers who committed self-immolation died in the Hospital in Hyderabad.
The employees of the RTC who were planning for Vanta Vaarpu have now gathered in front of the DRDO Appolo Hospital here.
The JAC has decided to further intensify the strike while the Government has decided not to budge to the blackmail tactics of the employees who are on strike.
The RTC employees have decided that on Monday no RTC would go out of the bud depos and then would go for a Jailbharo. While the RTC says that they cannot be removed from service, the Government says that they will not take the employees back.
The strike has been continuing for the last 7 days. The CM has instructed that all the services must run on the roads and that the commuters should not have any problem.
