Raghuram Krishnam Raju the disgruntled YSRC MP has been discharged from the Army Hospital and he directly shifted to Delhi AIIMS for better treatment.
He is not in a position to walk properly. The CID police first wanted to take him to AP from the Army Hospital but the court strictures against the Government have stopped them from doing so.
Now the CID has to give one-day advance notice to RRR for taking him to question and they cannot take him into custody. The Court opined that the allegations were not so serious that he should be taken into custody.
Now we have to see who will make the first move. RRR has already filed a case against CM Jagan. The CID also wants to take on RRR for further questioning.
The CID has mentioned the name of two media houses along with RRR. Now we have to see what kind of action will the Government take against the media houses.
The bail petition case against Jagan filed RRR will come up for hearing in the CBI court soon.
