Raghurama Krishnam Raju who filed a petition for the cancellation of Bail to Jagan and Vijay sai earlier has now filed a petition in the court seeking the verdict to be shifted to some other court.
Raghurama stated that he has apprehensions about the Hyderabad CBI court. That was the reason he wanted the case to be shifted to a different bench so that the new bench will give the verdict.
The Nampally CBI court is supposed to give the verdict at 10.30 on 15nth of this month. This is about the cancellation Bail to CM Jagan and MP Vijay Sai Reddy.
The latest petition will be taken up first and then the CBI court will be giving the Verdict. There is a talk that the CBI was going slow against Jagan as he is the Chief Minister and also a highly influential person.
He is also supporting the BJP Government in every manner. There is already a talk that Raghurama Ram Krishnam Raju the MP might lose the case against Jagan and Vijay Sai Reddy.
