Raghurama Krishnam Raju the disgruntled YSRCP MP has filed a writ petition against Jaganmohan Reddy the AP CM saying that the bail for Jagan should be withdrawn as he is A1 in 11 cases filed by the CBI.

Addressing the media here Raghu Rama Raju said that the CM Jagan must come clean from the cases and then rule the state he said. The CBI court must cancel the bail he suggested to the court.

How can a person who is A1 in 11 CBI cases rule the state he questioned? In the name of welfare schemes and distribution of money, the people are being lured into corrupt practices he opined.

Some co-accused are RS members, some are MLAs and some are government secretaries he charged. Is the CBI closing its eyes he questioned. Jagan has been evading the court for the last one and half years he reminded.

The CBI court is in such a bad situation that they are unable to call an accused man to the court. He gave the examples of Rabri Devi and others who were given the CM post when the real CMs went to jail.

Yesterday Undavalli Arum Kumar the Senior leader commented that Jail was nothing new to Jagan and he can rule from the Jail. The news is already viral on the web.

The Court on the other hand has stopped the parishat elections here in the state of AP. This is a set back to Jagan Government.
