Ritesh Deshmukh the son of former Chief Minister Vilas Rao has come a long way in his film career. Now Ritesh is on all the channels with his sizzling leading lady Nargis Fakhri with a new hair style. We can see his ease with the character and dancing abilities.
The on screen chemistry between Ritesh and Fakri is good. Riteish’s Banjo is set to release this weekend, where he plays the role of a street musician. Comparing his reel character to the real Riteish, he quips, “Well, this guy has an attitude as he knows he is a good singer. Needless to say, he charges more for his performances. This heroic attitude is actually noticed in every actor. Every person has a little bit of heroic arrogance in him/her.
This character will also quote the dialogue, ‘Hum jahan bhi khade ho jaye, line wahin se shuru hoti hai’ — but, it is not a copied Amitabh Bachchan dialogue. Also, you may notice a little of Aamir from his film, Rangeela in Banjo. Having said this, I reiterate that it does not mean we are copying any one in particular.”
So,does that mean, like in Banjo, his career graph could also see a rise? Will he be charging a heftier fee? “The rise and fall in the pay packet is not only witnessed in the field of glitz and glamour, but a formula among all professions”, he asserts.
“However, I am really happy with my filmy journey and its graph,” he says. His wife was also a popular film star. We do not know how she reacted after seeing Banjo. However Riteish shares a strong bond with his wife, Genelia.
“Surely, we do discuss every role of mine. She has a great acumen for production, and also helps me with my looks in all my films,” Ritesh says.
